Arsenal are reportedly weighing up a move for Liverpool forward Diogo Jota as they look to strengthen their attacking options in the upcoming summer transfer window.
According to former Manchester United and Blackburn chief scout Mick Brown, the 28-year-old Portuguese international is one of the names on Mikel Arteta’s shortlist.
Jota’s ability to play both as a central striker and on the wings makes him an appealing option for Arsenal. The club is actively seeking a prolific goalscorer to add more firepower to their attack, and Jota’s track record at Liverpool highlights his goal-scoring ability.
Since joining the Reds in 2020, he has averaged a goal every 148 minutes, demonstrating his efficiency in front of goal.
