Ansu Fati’s time at Barcelona appears to be coming to an end under Hansi Flick. The German coach has made it clear that the 22-year-old forward no longer fits into his plans, encouraging him to secure a move during the winter transfer window.

Before the holiday break, Flick held a candid discussion with Fati, stating:
“It’s better for you to find a team; you’re not going to play here.”
While acknowledging Fati’s talent, Flick expressed doubts about his readiness to meet Barcelona’s high standards. He suggested that a loan move could provide an opportunity for the forward to rediscover his form, leaving the door open for a potential return in the future.
Exclusion from Key Matches
Fati’s current standing at the club has been highlighted by his absence from significant fixtures, including the Super Cup semifinals and final, and the Copa del Rey clash against Betis. Despite being fit, he hasn’t been included in the squad for weeks.
