Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) is actively seeking to resolve an issue concerning one of its costly signings in the upcoming winter transfer window. The player in question, Randal Kolo Muani, has struggled to meet expectations since joining the club.

This underwhelming showing has led to PSG president Nasser Al-Khelaifi proposing an intriguing exchange deal with Barcelona.
Al-Khelaifi reportedly offered Kolo Muani in exchange for Barcelona’s Polish striker, Robert Lewandowski. The proposal was presented to Barcelona president Joan Laporta, who agreed to the arrangement, believing it would be advantageous for his team. Laporta sees the deal as a win for Barcelona, particularly as Lewandowski’s form has noticeably declined in recent weeks, reducing his impact on the team.

Conversely, Barcelona would acquire a younger player in Kolo Muani, who, despite his struggles at PSG, possesses significant potential. Laporta believes the 26-year-old forward could thrive in a fresh environment and contribute to rejuvenating the Catalan side’s attacking options.
Moreover, the deal would alleviate Barcelona’s financial strain. Lewandowski’s departure would reduce the club’s wage bill, allowing greater flexibility in future transfer dealings.
